Document Delivery
OUTPUT Electronic Document Delivery can bring significant savings to your company by replacing the traditional printing and posting of invoices, statements, POs and other documents with cheaper, faster, more efficient bulk electronic delivery.
When an invoice or other document is generated on your system, OUTPUT Electronic Document Delivery will automatically route it via a database to your client or supplier through the preferred delivery channel. You can pre-set any document type to be routed to its recipient by email, by fax or by regular post. This brings significant savings in postage, stationery staff time and helps reduce credit control issues.
Documents can be merged together using a simple rules engine. For example a delivery docket may be appended to an invoice along with a standard set of terms and conditions. These are then presented to your customer as a single attachment in an email.
Traditional delivery methods operate as follows:

Easy
This is a very easy system to use. Simply create an invoice or other document as usual and then hit ‘save’. The OUTPUT service will recognise the recipient and know their preferred delivery format. The document will then be emailed, faxed or if required, printed for traditional posting. Electronic transmission always ensures direct document delivery to the intended recipients. Once configured the OUTPUT service resides on you network server and requires minimal maintenance. An administration tool is supplied to configure recipients, view logs and re-submit documents.

Savings
OUTPUT Electronic Document Delivery will bring significant savings to your organisation. Think how much you are spending every year on postage – We have found that we can reduce this by up to 75%. Add to that the time saved by automatically emailing or faxing documents because OUTPUT Electronic Document Delivery can remove the actions of printing, copying, folding, filing and posting bringing preparation time for each document down from an average of 3.9 minutes to just 10 seconds. The OUTPUT Electronic Document Delivery system is essentially “self-financing” and reduces costs from day one.

Scalable
OUTPUT Document Delivery can handle very high volumes of documents and meets the most demanding performance, scalability and reliability requirements. It can integrate data and content from multiple back end systems without change to the existing application. It operates as a layer between the enterprise systems and the delivery mechanism. A copy of every document handled by the OUTPUT service is automatically stored in a central location which ensures that this information is always available for retrival or audit, regardless of whether it was printed or delivered electronically.
